John's Towing

I found myself stranded when my brand new car wigged out and would not go into drive or reverse. John's Towing was dispatched to get my car and bring it to the dealership. The driver arrived in less than 40 min from the time I put in my Roadside Assistance claim with VW, and even called me with an updated ETA. The driver EVEN called me when he got it safely to the dealership. Very professional, highly recommend their services.

My battery died and I couldn't leave the parking lot after work. I called and requested a road side assistance. Not even 5 minutes passed and Brian Harper called that he is on his way, shortly after he showed up, gave my battery a jump start, explained what should I do next( like leave my car running and etc.) He provided amazing service. Thank you.

First off I would like to apologize but I did not catch the drivers name but he was excellent in many ways. We needed a tow on 2/6/26 near 95 and US 1. The driver arrived around 2:30pm to load us up. He was extremely nice and got us loaded up quickly. The best part was he asked what happened and I explained the problem. He suggested we take it to the Hyundai dealer because he knew these 2.0 engines had issues and would likely be covered under an extended warranty. Got the word this morning that a new engine had been approved along with a free loaner car. Hopefully the owner of the company can figure out who the driver was and let him know that we are extremely grateful for all his efforts. Brian Harper went above and beyond last night for me. He not only towed my car but helped me fix my problem. John’s towing is not only reasonable. They go above and beyond for their customers. Prices are good and service is always quick. Fully recommend !
