I’m not a huge fan of Johnson Brothers Ford. Normally their service department is super slow and I haven’t had the best experience with their sales reps and their level of knowledge. But I will say the parts department has been great. They seem very knowledgeable and were able to get me my parts Very quickly. They were even nice enough to order me a part that I knew was gonna need to be replaced when I brought my truck in for some warranty work. If not for that would’ve been there overnight waiting on the part. I appreciate them thinking outside and getting me taken care of.

This review is based on years of experience with JBF, and MICHAEL SMITH, the absolute best, kindest, most honest person working in the industry (besides Andy Ward, of course!) I absolutely trust JBF and Michael, Andy, and Kelly and feel like they are extended family. They guys at the quick lane service center went above and beyond to help me with my service. After 5 years of service with Johnson Bro. They have improved the customer service that they provide. All questions where answer and great communication was given about my vehicle strand time.
