Daniel and the entire team worked hard to repair our truck. What happened. Grad Heater replacement to save from spending $20-30K for a new engine. Replaced the Grid Heater with the Banks Power. Under normal circumstances simple job. Ours was not. The oil cover had been removed by a dealership to perform a CCV Filter. Replacement was done incorrect. The overtightening of the ALL six bolts was found to have stripped out. Requirement of purchasing this $800+FedEx Overnight delivery was needed. As there was no part in Texas or should I say. Available to be sold to us. This part is on back order. Luckily our favorite dealership had one. So it was shipped and replaced. Why do I include this?
