Visited this shop out of recommendation from family after a wreck. When I went to pick it up the first time there were some issues. Body work was okay with exception to the stone deflector (photos below). Was replaced according to the estimate but can see it was reused or just not painted well. Jason touched it up when I pointed out the issues. The wheel and tire were pretty dirty from the wet sanding also. Was not really concerned regarding the body work though with my car being older. My main concern with getting this car fixed was the parts pertaining to the wheel/tire/undercarriage area and I thought I highlighted this with Mike a couple different times. I'm typically on top of that when I receive exemplary service, so I figured it's not too late. I brought my 2005 Toyota RAV4 in with some serious rear end damage. Rear windshield was destroyed, the hatch hinges were ruined, and the hatch itself couldn't shut correctly. We worked together and agreed on pricing. It's been several months since I had my car repaired. I had a 5" scratch on my fender from a student who backed-up into my car at our church parking lot. I'm happy with the job they did. The fender looks better than the rest of the car now! The staff are very friendly and professional. They also gave me the best estimate.
