My car caught on fire, they towed it and stored it on their lot. I’m really shocked by some of these reviews as everyone in the office was so kind and sympathetic. They kept telling me how glad they were that everyone made it out alive. Was it expensive yes, these situations usually are, most tow and impound lots are. I wasn’t able to get there right away with the title to have them dispose of the car, they were so understanding of the situation and could have charged me more but locked the amount in from the day I called. Let’s face it, if your car is being towed by them more likely then not you had some kind of unfortunate life event/accident. Life events/ accidents are expensive. We needed our mobile home moved about a month ago and had the pleasure of working with John and Kevin that day. This was a very last minute situation that we had to arrange and the owner got me a quote and scheduled the same day! I can’t say enough good things about both of them. They were extremely patient and kind throughout the process. The weather was crappy and they had an amazing attitude the entire day. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Looking forward to working with them all again!!

The drivers can not read .they keep using a road clearly marked no thru trucks. And beep the horn like they don’t care. The street is heights ave in West Berlin nj let teach them to read street sign and understand that they get lose the cdl license

I was really disappointed with their service. They didn’t complete the job they originally promised, yet they still demanded payment. I felt pressured just to get my vehicle back, and they wouldn’t even let me take it to another shop for proper help. Their customer service was extremely poor, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend them.

This is the worst towing company in America!!! They stole things from my vehicle. Then sold my vehicle without my knowledge! DO NOT USE THIS TOW COMPANY. They have the worst customer service and everyone in the office is nasty and unhinged!
