I called in just to get my truck towed to a Love's Travel which is 1.2 miles away. The guy who answered just was rude and said "what do you want?" I was like I need to get my truck towed. I asked him how much it was going to cost. He told me 800.00. These people are not even more then 2 miles away from Love's. Do people really charge that much just to go one mile. I really think these people are just wanting to rip people off. Would not recommend these people at all!!!!!
I got lock out my truck phone went dead because of the cold. A kind person stop to let me use his to call you guys and take me to a warm place. You wanted to over charge me for a lock out a total of $400. The nice people at the gas station fold me about a local lock smith that was cheaper. I called you back and told you I found a local since you said it would be a few hours before you got to me. After that you threatened to do something to my truck and you called at 2a.m un blocked. I have proof
Very customer focused company!!! Some company’s will give you the run around at night because they really don’t want to come out but these guy are true to their word and will help you 24/7 I would recommend them them to anyone needing a tow service!!!! Thank you for the pull out 1sm
