Johnson Truck Center

Called them while working with a local garage to repair a starter on my truck for the part number, so that the guy I was working with could pick up the part enroute to repairing me. They informed us that, "they do not give out part numbers?" I've been driving for 11 years, and have never encountered a freightliner that wouldn't give a part number?! How is the guy looking to repair my truck supposed to pick up the part from you guys if you won't give him the part number?!

I'm here not as a customer but as a witness to something ya don't see everyday that just took place as I dropped my kiddos off to school in Federalsburg at exactly 8:45, somebody in one of your company vehicles, hence why I'm here posting this, but he not only stopped at the stop sign but also put his flashers on and then waited till they completely crossed to the school and then made his turn. You sir are a great individual and deserve this recognition thanks a lot for having concern for childrens safety so I think you must be a father yourself...

Very helpful staff. Always greeted with a smile. Very reasonable priced. If you want your truck, or daily to look great make sure to purchase their show time truck shine. Best thing I’ve ever used

Don’t arrive with a trailer because there is nowhere to park it except out on the street where it will get broken into. Waited 2 weeks for them to change a nox sensor and air valve…avoid at all cost and find a way to get up to the Hagerstown location for speedier and better quality service
