Before bringing my 2022 Peterbilt (Allison transmission) in, I specifically called to verify that my truck had full extended warranty coverage. I provided the serial number, and after about 10 minutes of checking with a technician, I was clearly told that everything would be fully covered. I also explained the exact symptoms — yellow and red check engine lights — and was reassured it would be handled under warranty. Based on that confirmation, I brought my truck in. Extremely Poor Service & No Accountability I had my truck serviced at Johnson Truck Center for a radiator replacement. After the repair, their mechanic failed to properly tighten the transmission coolant line. As a direct result, the transmission lost fluid and completely failed, causing $27,000 in damages. This was not normal wear and tear—this was a clear installation error following their repair. Despite being informed of the issue and the evidence pointing to their workmanship, Johnson Truck Center refused to take any responsibility or offer any resolution. When you trust a dealership-level service center, you expect trained technicians, quality control, and accountability. Unfortunately, I received none of that.
