Just had my first experience with this location and it was ok could have been better if the service technician would explain the price you pay depends on the type of oil your car needs. I was quoted one price and it doubled because I use a certain oil and that's understandable. I was also told all my fluids would be checked and my coolant wasn't touched!

It's to my disappointment that I write a review that's aches me to my core. I spent almost $200 and it cost me more after I left. 12-12-2025 I suppose to received a interior detail that left my seats and carpet full of water. Went the next day 12-13 for them to apologize and fix the problem. However around 4 pm my SUV was smelly and still wet. I had to go to harbor freight to buy a wet vac and take the back seat out and have to take the front carpet out but have to pay someone to do that. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go over there. I arrived about 4:50 for an oil change and car wash if time allowed. The gentleman asked me what I needed . He asked did I want a car wash . I yes if you have time . He said sure and told me about the different packages. I chose platinum . I went inside to pay and wait and the lady at the desk asked what I needed. She was waiting on another lady . I said I was here for oil change and platinum car wash . She yells "we close in 30 min" . I said I'm sorry the guy didn't say there wasn't enough time . She then yells " let me finish this lady". I said I'm sorry I thought you asked me . She finished the lady and calls me up and says $77.01 and not another word at that time .I paid and went to sit down after which a few more issues but not major enough to mention . They called to say I was ready

Ivan did a great job, my car was filthy coming in. I left with a brand new looking car. I will be coming back ! 👍
