We drove from GA to TX in July to visit family and stopped at Johnston not intending to buy however after comparing the prices between our local Ford dealership in GA and Johnston it made it hard not to. Our salesman, Kerry, was amazing! He did not pressure us in any way since the sales people are not paid on commission which made the whole conversation more personable instead of transactional. Mr. Johnston, the owner, came in to talk to us himself to ensure we were satisfied with everything and just talked to us to get to know us. I told my husband it was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had meaning I’ve never bought a vehicle feeling no pressure and also with the owner himself making sure we got the best rates possible. Would prefer zero stars. Horrible service department. Pay for extended warranty, so they kept the car over a month, finally get it in to look at it, misdiagnose, charge for the misdiagnosis, then rediagnose, finally fix (hopefully), now that'll be $480 to get your car back. Oops, warranty wont cover. Techs and service advisors need some training.

There is no real comparison when it comes to the Jonson Team In New Boston Tx. After spending a week calling around multiple states looking for a new truck I was so frustrated with car salesmen, I took a drive at 7:00 am one morning just to go by and look...and then met Jack McCool who happened to just be showing up early..(an hour early) we sparked a conversation and within 24 hours he had the exact truck I wanted down to the interior/ exterior color/ package , shocks, a certain gas tank(36 gal extended miles) and particular engine for what I need... from the time we met it took him 12 hours to have a brand new truck delivered 200 miles away and within 24 hours I was back to work and happy. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES HERE TO BE SERVICED! I took my F150 here to be serviced, gave them a list, and they charged me to tell me everything I already told them was wrong. All they did was confirm it. Also when they examined my parts, the mechanic broke it. When I confronted it ("ou break it you replace it") they told me to get lost. I drove off property and my vehicle malfunctioned. I didn't make it a mile and turned around. When I got back to their property they made fun of me saying g nothing was wrong when it clearly was. Horrible service. I booked an appointment and they still made me wait 12 hours to get service. Just horrible service.

Friendly service staff. Easy drop off and pick up of my vehicle.
