Beat experience ever. They made everything so easy. The most helpful, friendly, and down to earth folks!! Very knowledgeable and this is our first camper. They made sure they went over everything with us!! 11 out of 10 stars!! Rusty, Rick, Bryan and Sarah are absolutely unbelievable people!!!!

I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Johnston RV. We purchased an RV several years back from one of those large dealerships and had an absolute horrible experience. Johnston made it easy to do business with them. They were transparent, not pushy and very knowledgeable. I would like to thank Sarah, Newel, and Brian for an amazing job. We promise not to hold it against Brian for not liking algebra, but we are super happy that he is amazing at his job assisting customers with new RVs.

We bought two travel trailers from Johnston RV Center. Richard went above and beyond every step of the way. We live 3 hours away in another State. Towing one of the trailers home our engine blew. Richard made sure we got that trailer along with our other trailer we purchased right where we needed them. He was amazing! Will definitely be purchasing our next RV/Travel Trailer from them again!

The service center at Johnston RV in Decatur is great! Kelly Jo, Jay, and Westley were very helpful, respectful, and professional. I was there for an annual lifetime warranty inspection, and had some additional questions about replacing my camper awning. The inspection appointment was at 9 am and was completed in less than an hour. Westley took the information needed to quote out a replacement for the awning, provided a rough estimate of the cost of parts and labor (labor cost is very reasonable), and both Kelly Jo and Westly contacted me via text the same day. I am very happy with their service. Thanks again for making this a stress-free visit!

As I write this review, I can’t help but think about the kindness and professionalism of the team at Johnston RV Center in Decatur, AL. My first interaction was with Mike and then Rusty. When I first arrived, Rusty was helping another customer, so the sales manager, Mike, stepped in and took the time to show me several models. He explained the differences and features of each one with the kind of insight that only comes from years of experience. Once Rusty was available, he picked up right where Mike left off and was patient, helpful, and determined to find the perfect RV to fit our needs.
