I personally come to this shop and bring my work vehicles to Juan and Armando and they service them from Oil Changes, new tires and brakes job and are extremely the best in the Reseda area and for what they stand for too! Highly recommended them

Never go to this place, they printed out fake alignment paper told me that they fixed it. But they did not even do anything. Started arguing with me and doing goofy dancing, one of them even trying to fight with me when i asked him to prove me if they did print real paper. Did not give me a check, basically stole my money. I did go to the other shot same day, they fixed it proving that alignment wasn’t even touched.

One star is good for them! before you go think twice I would recommend to check another places, read also the low ratings here and you will understanding what I’m saying. No customer’s service no clear explanation headache etc., Suspicious place

Attention to the owner! I have been doing all my tire business at your shop for around 4-5 years. Maybe been there 10-15 times. Today i can to fix another tire. Notified juan that the vehicle has air suspension and asked him if he knows how to work on them. ( i think it is better to be informed than to screw it up) juan stated to ignore me, when i asked him if he thinks it was respectful to just ignore the customer rather than than talk to me, he offered me to go outside and have a fight. Now this is what i call customer service…. As far as i see i am not the first customer to be happy with juan. You certainly lost a returning customer
