As a Fayetteville real estate agent, my car has to be in tiptop shape at all times. I started bringing my car here instead of the dealership because there was an instance where the dealership was trying to redo a repair they done just a couple years ago. They were under new management and the representative didn’t know I’d already had the repair done. I was suspicious and so I took it to Branson‘s. It turned out that I didn’t need what the dealership said. Carl could’ve easily tried to trick me too, but he was honest & saved me $1000. So they’ve gained a loyal customer in me.

Diagnose my vehicle, told me the problem. Quoted me a price. Repaired my vehicle is a timely fashion. All I can say is great job to this incredible team/staff. Even the pretty black shop dog.
