Absolutely phenomenal experience, Doug was very nice, wasn't pushy at all. He sold us a top of the line mower at a heavily discounted price, delivered it to our property for free and even came a few days later to adjust the seat and make sure we were happy with it. Let me make this decision easy for you, Ferris makes the best mower, Jones Auto Parts has the best service. I will be recommending them to everyone I know.

We stopped by on the way to Charlottesville during a downpour. Truck needed new windshield wipers. Michael Y. gave outstanding customer service, above and beyond. Helped get the right wipers and got them installed for us too. Fantastic store!!!!

A great auto parts store with friendly, helpful people. And their unique in that they have drawers and drawers of parts for any engineering project.

Fantastic experience working with Doug while buying our kids a gokart for Christmas 2024. Very knowledgeable & excellent customer service from start to finish. Really great guys work here. Got a flat tire in the rain, opened my trunk and realized I was missing my jack and lug wrench. They kindly lent me theirs and offered to inflate my spare. Made what could have been a rough day not so bad. Great customer service to someone who wasn't even spending money there. Thanks so much!
