If I could give this place negative stars, I would. They replaced the part requested and it became a million times worse. They acted like there was no issue. I asked them to try replacing another part. They had no suggestions or interest in trying to diagnose the problem. They then replaced the next part and said quote, "it's running alot better now." This video is in their garage area a minute after they said this. Clearly, it is not.
Very HELPFUL and accommodating. They even came to my home because I was right down the street and couldn't drive the car .Took the car and fixed the problem in a few hours ..RECOMMEND 💯
Was visiting family down here, and codes went off, signaling that I had some plugs and wires misfiring. These guys are able to give me a quote on replacement and get me in and fixed before our return home! Fantastic job!
Jones Auto repair is great I really liked the owner. I bought a car with issues from a car lot. Jones Auto did a great job walking me though everything. I highly recommend taking your car here for repairs, he is a honest business man.
We were broke down today and out of state. And this place was awesome and stayed open until they got us back on the road. Thank you so much. There still is good people out there. God bless you and thank you
