Jones Automotive has been the best experience I've had with a mechanic. I had my Transmission go out in my 09 tahoe and they had her back running with an amazing warrantied one in no time while not breaking the bank. The second event with same vehicle, had a throttle position sensor throwing issues and after replacing the throttle body and pedal, I was still at a loss. Josh was able to get me straightened out with a wiring issue and let me know my old parts were good. All in all, they do honest work, and I will not take my vehicles elsewhere. Thanks again for the great work.

I highly recommend Jones Automotive! The water pump went out in my wife's Ford Flex, initially I thought I'd replace it myself until I realized it has an internal water pump with the timing chain going around it. Jones Automotive was able to quickly get her car in and get it fixed. The pricing is very reasonable, and the work that is performed here is top notch. I even received text message updates throughout the process! I will be coming back to Jones Automotive for any servicing that I am unable to do myself! Thanks again for an outstanding job!

Mechanics can be almost as bad as car salesmen sometimes just trying to make a buck off ya. That was far from our experience with Jones Automotive! Josh was efficient, friendly, and most importantly honest. He did great work on my car, checked it over to make sure it’s ready for our upcoming trip and I didn’t die when I wrote the check like I did when another shop quoted the same work for me. I don’t expect any favors but affordability is good. Josh even came in slightly lower than he quoted me and most people in his spot would have just shut up and taken what was quoted. Very pleased with this experience and highly recommend Jones Automotive for your car maintenance needs!!

Other than having to wait a week or two to get my truck in because they are quite busy, every step of the repair process on my truck went great.
