Jones Bel Air Hyundai Service Center

I have been a customer of Jones Junction since 2004. Their service center is awesome especially Jocelyn, Liz and Carol. They go above and beyond for their customers in a very friendly and professionals manner. I would not trust anyone else with my car.

I have been a loyal customer of Jones Junction for many years, but this past Monday took my praise and satisfaction for service over the top. My Hyundai Santa Fe had been side-swiped and needed a bump out on the front fender and removal of the other car's paint and my car's paint retouched. They picked up my car, gave me a loaner and had my car back IN THE SAME DAY! That's why for me it's "Jones for a Lifetime." This isn't a car dealer; it's a family that never quits in sales and service!

My 23 Kona was due for an 8k service. I also wanted a vibration addressed during the same service. The scheduling department was pleasant. However, service was making appointments about 3 weeks out. I arrived and the greeter took my information. She used a tablet that she laid on the hood of my new car to use. REALLY? My service advisor Jessica was not very pleasant and did not seem very knowledgeable. The service area is very nice and new. The service took about 1.5 hours, and they never addressed my vibration issue. When asked why, Jessica said they could not address that in their area yet it was what I scheduled and it's on my receipt. My very first time with Jones service was not a very good experience for me, and I will question using them in the future.

I came in today to pick up my car and was again taken care of by Jocelyn. She is always so nice and makes sure I’m taken care of everytime I come. I always come to get my oil change so I appreciate the nice and kind service as always.

I always have a pleasant experience here at Hyundai service. Carol Lester always goes above and beyond to make sure I am taken care of. Any concerns or needs that I have in regards to my Palisade Carol is exceptional in such area. Jay Kendall is an awesome service manager!
