Came there for a simple flat tire ended up needing a new tire. Gave them simple directions to leave the receipt and keys in the car on a Friday night because they aren't open at all on Saturday and they left my car unlocked with the receipt and no keys and screwed me out of a weekend of work... update... after losing my keys they replaced my key no charge but refused to replace the electronic fob. Then the old lady at the front desk had a long argument with my wife about how this is never happened before and she knows she left the keys in there. Then 3 weeks after this ordeal I looked down at the tire they replaced and I was missing a lug nut I had to take my car to another store to have my lugs torqued down and had to pay to have another lug nut put on. Had over $400 worth of work done to make it so the car could be towed home due to a divorce. I specifically requested the car be aligned, it was not. Car almost hit garage because they didn't install brake pads on one side. Several fasteners were only hand tight. The icing on the cake? When I get it to my house and fix the brakes, the ball joints were rubbing on the rotors. Turns out they installed them alright, upside down and backwards! The ribbed metal needs to point downward, and on my car, it's pointing up.
