He went above and beyond to get me in the car I wanted for the price I needed. I had a wonderful experience purchasing my Jeep Grand Cherokee limited. My salesperson Dennis Bushee, was kind, considerate and made sure that I liked the vehicle before purchasing it. He was not pushy and fought really hard for me to get the best deal. They gave me great value for my trade-in. If you go to Jones kia, be sure to ask for dennis. My daughter, and daughter-in-law both purchased their vehicles from Jones Junction also. One purchased a kia, and the one purchased the hyundai. We have all had really good experiences.

Between my husband and I we have both purchased a total of 2 cars and 2 SUVs over the years, and recently purchased a brand new truck in October. I came in this past week to trade in a truck we have had paid off for about a year and purchase a new vehicle. We were told we could only get $7,500 for the trade. They never even went out to look at the truck. The price was substantially lower than the kelly blue book value because of the modifications they said. We went straight to Ourisman Toyota and they went outside and took a bunch of pictures and inquired about the modifications and came to the agreement it was an easy fix. I recently purchased a BMW X5 from this dealership, and what should have been a straightforward issue turned into an extremely disappointing experience. At the time of purchase, the vehicle had WeatherTech all-weather floor mats. Shortly after purchase when the car went for cleaning, those mats were stolen. The salesperson, Holly, acknowledged they were WeatherTech and assured me the dealership would order a replacement set. I drove for two weeks without any floor mats, which resulted in me having to pay to have my vehicle shampooed. When I was finally told the replacements had arrived, I was given used floor mats pulled from another BMW, and they were not WeatherTech. That is not an equivalent replacement.
