Payton took care of brake issue on my Ram 3500 on a trip back to Phoenix Excellent service Cannot say enough about how he took care of the problem and got me back on the road

I broke down on the side of i10 on a late Friday afternoon. Paten looked at my car as soon as he could, figured out the issue, and fixed it promptly. He explained everything very detailed and was amazing! Pricing was also super reasonable. JMS was great!!

They provided us great service, our car broke down in our way to Lake Charles LA at night and they even helped us towed our car and dropped us off to the nearest hotel. Let’s talk prices!!!! I was shocked how cheap it was -good for us though- they gave us great prices on labor and parts to keep going, fast service and friendly starting with Payton. Thank you so much for everything!

I highly recommend them. Petan was very attentive to my situation as I explained over the phone. I was traveling out of town when my car broke down. And I was stranded and on a time constraint to get back home. He pre-ordered the part I needed so it would be at his shop when my car and I were to arrive by tow truck, the next day in the morning. He was able to prioritize my vehicles work and from the time I arrived to when the work was finished, it was 2 hours, and part of that was waiting for the delivery of the parts my car needed. I am very grateful to have chosen the right place, from a distance by just researching online, thank you Jones Mechanic Services (and there is no relation to our last names being the same.)
