Only called to see if they rebuild starters. Whoever answered the phone asked “what kind car”. I responded, then he stated “Jon doesn’t do cars anymore”. I said “ok.. I’m not bringing the car. I’m looking for a starter rebuild”. Man on the phone raises his voice and said the same thing “no cars”. I asked if he had any recommendations or shops he knew of that rebuild starters. He said “no Jon doesn’t work on cars no more”. I almost didn’t want to leave a review, but after reading the most recent review I see that I have also encountered the rude man.

Awesome work, friendly staff, generally it's just a pleasure doing business with John and Sushi(forgive me if that's misspelled).

I call to see if they work on Instrumentals Cluster, way to rude, need customers service classes.
