I purchased a set of "ECode" headlights for my 2016 Audi SQ5. The headlights were not a fit for my vehicle as they were listed. I went back and forth through phone calls/emails. They stopped responding and never sent me a return label. I would guess any of these good reviews are friends of the business owner. Avoid this place and support businesses that take customer service seriously. Costed me $1000 and I have nothing to show for it.

My bumper arrived, In the description they have that fog lights were included and also RS4 badge in the package, I received the bumper without fog lights, they didnt send me the fog lights after letting them know and has been 4 days already. Even if I want to buy fog lights, this is aftermarket bumper so is impossible to know what part number should I buy to fit in here, I asked them the PN and no response, I have a bumper with fog light grille with no fog lights sitting on my garage and I cant get my car ready. Update: I returned the bumper and lost the money that I spent to get it painted. Worst seller ever!

Got the bumper fits great. Seller communicated well to make sure I had ordered the right bumper. He helped me get the right part after going back and forth quite few times.

Joon motor sports hands down have the best customer service I have ever experience. I have had two Audi in my life and bought several aftermarket parts and the delivery arrived ahead of time and the owner is a solid individual the best experience ever hands down.
