Highly recommend!! Had a car fixed a few years ago and no problems since, daughter got into a small fender bender where someone backed into her on the highway (video) so I had them check out the car and they did it fast, the right way with minimum cost, will always use them and that is hard to say in that line of work.

Jordan collision just charged me $350 for admin fees because my car was parked in there over night after a breakdown on I35. Mission towing took my car there because that was the nearest location available. The next day I went there to get my cat to take it to a mechanic shop and I was informed there was a charged of $560. $350 admin fee and $210 towing fee. I understand the towing fee but why are they charging me $350 when there was nothing they had to do to my car. This is the reason insurance cost keeps increasing. I'm very disappointed with their actions.

Jordan Collision has repaired damages on four of our vehicles over the years.  Not the first rodeo with them.  Always been happy overall with their repairs and finishing work.   Most vehicle owners might complain because today you replace  and pay for a complete headlight  assembly rather than an  inexpensive plastic light cover.  $1500 vs $50.    That's what was replaced on this  visit to Jordan's.   Only the cover was broken  when another driver hurriedly passed onto access road kicking up a foreign object  shattering the plastic cover.   Nothing else was damaged.  Jordan quickly  assessed the damage,  gave me an appraisal of cost to replace,  and asked me to bring it in at 10:00 am.   The job was completed in less than 3 hours.   When they replaced the light assembly,  they also  cleane

The work they did was excellent! Austin even had our vehicle detailed! It is back to perfection.

I picked my truck up on an extremely overcast day. So the issues that I’m pointing out in this review, were not easily detectable to my untrained eye. Granted, the truck was dirty, however, once the truck sat in the sun (still dirty) the damage Jordan Collision caused was evident. Even while dirty, the sun betrayed the substandard work Jordan Collision performed. I’ll list a few items, and include photos: - heavy clear coat drip on left fender - during buffing, the paint was burned to the point of exposing the aluminum - misalignment of the fender and bumper after reinstalling These are just some of the problems. A reputable car dealer wrote a letter stating that in his professional opinion, due to the poor work Jordan Collision performed, my truck is devalued by $4000. Picture of let
