Jarrid and the techs are awesome! After another dealer having my truck over a month previously and not fixing the issue Jordan fixed it, along with other satisfaction programs that were outstanding! Thanks for the quality work and customer service!
Really superb service by Jarrid Miller and the team on my Lincoln MKS, which had electrical, parking sensor, sunroof, and wheel alignment issues. Complete within 4 days, reasonably priced, communicative, gave me lots of other advice about the vehicle in general. They also removed the charge for fixing one of my electrical issues because it turned out to be the same as one of the others. The repair included a 2minute video of a general inspection of the vehicle, including underneath.
Went to service to get a plug in tire. I have tire and rim insurance. Couldn't squeeze me in for a plug. Wanted me to make an appointment, for a plug that I paid insurance for.
The service center at Jordan Ford is top-notch, and that’s 100% because of Chris. He’s a genuinely good guy who goes to bat for his customers and makes sure you’re taken care of. In all my years dealing with service departments, Chris stands out as probably the best service manager around. He’s honest, responsive, and truly has your back. If you’re going to Jordan Ford for service, make sure you work with Chris.
!! DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE !! I came here for a tire rotation and oil change awhile ago. When finished, I started to drive off the lot and barely made it down the road before my tire went bouncing into the air and almost crashed into someone else’s windshield. They didn’t put the lug nuts back on my tire. When I called COREY HAYDEN and explained what just happened, he hung up on me before he showed up later on. They of course had to fix the damages and when I went to pick it up, both him and another employee were making fun of how upset my mother was about the whole situation. You could have killed me. You could have killed the individual that was driving the other car. This of course happened RIGHT after having to bury my brother. So yes she was very upset, rightfully so. You
