Lost my money to the vacuums. No suction whatsoever. Update- owner contact me and wanted to fix the issue that was no fault of his own, to be honest. Would give Customer service 10 stars if i could. Definitely be back. Ty josh

Car had road dust on rear end and around the lower half. Wash was finished and 90% of the dirt was still on the car. Emailed the owner, he said he would give me a refund. It's been a week still no refund. Emailed him again, no response. $13 wasted.

I always come here. The vacuum works great and the car wash works great . You can use credit card which is what I love about. They do charge a $10 hold on card but other than that no complaints..You can now buy monthly washes for up to $25 if the sign is right...

Bays always clean and work... and love the credit card reader at each station.

First of all, it did not dry as much as I figured it would... Next, there was visible dirt and dust on my car immediately after washing it. Today is 3 days later & I'm at Josh's Washes again because my car looks like it has not been washed in a couple weeks, definitely cannot tell it was washed just 3 days ago! I WILL DEFINITELY BE USING THE SELF SERVICE WASH TODAY!! (Update: has not changed!)
