I took my 2011 Chevy Equinox here after it broke down and had to be towed in, and the experience was far better than I expected given the situation. They were easy to find and communicate with, and since I don’t live locally, they kept in great contact with me by both text and phone. After assessing the car, they took the time to walk through the options with me honestly and clearly. In the end, the repairs would have cost more than the car was worth, and they were straightforward and helpful in talking through that reality rather than pushing unnecessary work. They even helped me find a scrapyard that offered the best price for the vehicle. I really appreciated their honesty and communication and would highly recommend them.

Repairs were completed, and my car now runs like new! I really appreciate how they use text messaging to communicate. My first message included my appointment details and Jossy’s contact information, and the next one showed everything they found during the inspection. The system let me choose which repairs to approve, and they even included videos explaining the issues and demonstrating various car features — very impressive! On top of that, everyone was extremely courteous and friendly.

When I bought my used Honda Odessey I took it to Jossy's to have it checked out and have routine maintenance performed. They replaced the oil and filter, transmission fluid and filter, timing belt and water pump, and thoroughly inspected the entire van. Their customer service is miles above anywhere else I've been. Have been backed for the next oil change and will continue to use them for all my auto needs. They go above and beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied. And their prices are good too. Highly recommend.

I thought Joseph was great! He explains what he is going to check and informs you of what exactly needs to be done. He provided pictures and videos, and even brought me the collapsed Lifter from my engine. I’m happy with the repairs, the price and the turnaround time. He replaced a whole bank of Lifters, Head Gasket, Tires and TPMS Sensors, and diagnosed and repaired an Electrical Issue with my Headlights and got it done in just a few days.

I had an alignment done and inner and outer tie rods done yesterday they always do great work and I feel they go above and beyond for the customers and I appreciate them offering to pick me up and then bring me back to the shop. My car is running much better now. Thank you again guys.
