called jourdan regarding my charger not starting, came down and looked at it and immediatly found the problem. it needed a new fuel pump and was able to find me the best deal on one and gave me an amazing price on labor cost and this was all in my front parking of my apartments. mind that this was all in freezing degree temperature and was out there until he got the job done, charger is running like new now, everything i need for my car i will diffinitly be going to jourdan from now on!

Jourdan was out of town when I reached out about an issue with my engine stalling out, but despite this he gave me plenty of information over the phone anyways about what might cause the type of issue I was experiencing, as well as some ways to approach it. He was very knowledgeable and sincere. He led me in the direction of checking for unmetered air entering the engine. I was able to get it fixed, and my car is running great now!

Our SUV wouldn't start during this cold so we reached out to Jourdan. He was very responsive and communicated great, and had a list of issues he was prepared to check. He found that our battery was dead and even made sure to check it was under warranty, which it was, saving us hundreds. He went to grab a battery and was back to install shortly. I was with him while he replaced the battery and he tested multiple areas after installing to make sure the car had adequate power and that the battery wasn't defective in any way; also checking the alternator for any issues as well. Very honest, knowledgeable, and we'll be reaching out to him in the future for other upcoming auto issues like oil changes, transmission fluids or brakes. Excellent and wonderful experience and service! I was in need of a good and trustworthy mechanic. I needed immediate repair and they were able to accommodate me quickly. The mechanic answered all my questions clearly and truthfully and worked to give me a great value on the service. I felt so comfortable there and the turnaround was impressive.
