It’s getting harder and harder this day and age to find people that not only are truthful but knowledgeable and seemed to really care about delivering top shelf service and value. I called a couple of the other corporate style glass shops for my 2003 Ford pick up. Some claim they couldn’t even get a windshield that old and others never returned the call. I randomly called Journey and spoke to Farrah. Based solely on her enthusiasm, knowledge and willingness to help I made the appointment. I was not disappointed. Travis installed my new windshield with the skill and care of a person that takes pride in his craft. Punctual, courteous and prepared he replaced my windshield with the skill of a surgeon. I had an older vehicle and got a refusal to service by safelite...this company was professional, fast and accomdating... Travis knows his stuff and did a great job getting a new windshield in my old Dodge work van... I highly recommend them, low reasonable price & quality fast service you cannot beat... I recently had the front windshield on my wife’s truck replaced by Journey Auto Glass, and I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. Living in the Plant City area, I found their pricing to be the best in town, which was a pleasant surprise. From the moment I called, the communication was top-notch. Farrah, who I spoke with over the phone, was incredibly helpful and courteous. She ensured all my questions were answered and the scheduling process was smooth. A1 customer service and fair pricing. Travis is very polite and professional. He took my call late on a Friday afternoon and had me scheduled for Monday morning.
