Terrible experience. They told us to wait inside and have a drink, like I wasn’t gonna notice all the spots they left dirty. When I pointed it out (super nicely btw), Jonathan starts yelling from across the lot. Over a car wash. Like… relax. His mom literally had to yell at him to go inside because he would NOT stop trying to argue with me. It was low-key funny but also… dude, get it together, you’re embarrassing your mom’s business. Then they tell us to leave the car for 3 more hours. For what? It’s already been here, just do it right from the beginning. Also, the bar inside was gross. I saw enough health issues that I couldn’t even finish my drink. The michelada was already nasty sooo that was $17 wasted. My Toyota Tundra had not been washed for over a year. I took over to Jovan's and asked them to try and make it look the best they could. I patiently waited about an hour and a half watching Law & Order inside. When they were done they brought me out to see their work. It looked like it just came off the show room floor. The outside and inside were spotless and I believe they put a little wax on the paint, conditioned all the plastic elements on the outside and the interior was perfect. The kicker was that they cleaned the engine and the underneath of the truck. I will definitely be returning when I am to lazy to wash it myself. They got this project since it had not been washed for over a year. My goal is to clean it a little more often myself and leave the difficult jobs to Jovan

Clean, no-hassle, hand wash. Pull up and they get it done. Right! No rush, attention to detail. Only place I will take my brand new C8. Step inside the friendly bar and have yourself a cold beer while you wait. Been twice. There WILL be a third. And beyond. Highly recommend!

Asking around for a good car wash here in NB and a friend of mine said she just took her car here and will let me know. Well she showed me the after and it was bad. When she called to let owner know he was so rude and unprofessional. On top of that claimed she just didn't want to pay when she already did and hung up on her. Any man that runs a business in my opion would want feedback to make business better. Not this guy. Terrible representation of a business man. Glad I heard this before I took my vehicle.
