My first ever experience with JP Automotive was literally amazing. Reception was friendly and easy to schedule with. They sent me updates throughout the whole process- from when they took the car in, to details with pictures, confirmed everything before moving forward and then kindly let me know when it was ready for pick up. Since then, I’ve not only had my vehicle serviced there, but also my mom‘s van, and every single experience has been the same- Easy! There’s been so many mechanics where I’ve left feeling weird or cheated in someway, but with JP Automotive I always leave feeling safe. I’m really glad I found this place and I truly do highly recommend 🚙
The proprietor was able to see us on short notice as we were traveling through and get the trailer lights working so we could safely continue our journey to Alaska. Thank You for blessing us!!
