It's been a long time since he's had my car and they have been avoiding my calls and messages with me living out of state he tried offering me other vehicles since he couldn't fix mine the ghosted me. I'm filing a lawsuit with the state if I don't hear back from them asap. What stated out as good quickly turned into several excuses. Wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone!

Came in from houston late in the afternoon on a Saturday, noticed that my truck was leaking transmission fluid JP came out took me to a parts place went back to where i was staying and did the repairs right there in the parking lot. Talk about going above and beyond. If I lived here he would defiantly be my go to guy. Again many thanks

JP and his crew worked on my 2012 BMW recently (added photo to show my car is older but in great condition). My motor lost compression so he had to reach out to my car warranty to file a claim. After his evaluation the adjuster came out and verified his work was accurate. he was able to pin point the issue with his computer. (He has high tech equipment btw) The motor took about a week to come in. He and his crew had it replaced with in a couple of days. However, the manufacturer sent him a defective one. He called them back and requested them to send him a new one. He made sure they did a compression test before they sent it and also had them send him the certified numbers that it was working properly. All the while he kept me informed every step of the way. We had JP Automotive replace our rear wheel bearings and break pads with a break fluid flush. We were very impressed with his professionalism. The auto body shop was secure and the value was superb! Our services were much more affordable than at the dealership which we really appreciated. We will definitely be returning for any future auto body needs!
