Incredible experience! JP is thoughtful, kind, and explained everything to me in a way I really appreciated. Viewing and approving work was easy with a simple text message. Modern. Fast. He even stayed a few minutes late to accommodate my schedule. When I got in my car to leave the shop he left me a bag of holiday treats 🥹 Would 10/10 recommend JP Motors!

JP helped us diagnose a transmission issue with our 2.5 Jetta and even went as far as to reset the TCU for free just to see if that would do the trick. Ultimately, he got us sorted out without any funny business. My impression is that he’s honest, fair and willing to go above and beyond. We’ll be back!

This is the right place to get your car's PPI done especially if you are out of state. Jason was VERY thorough and went out of his way despite a busy schedule to squeeze in an inspection for a car I was considering buying located in San Rafael from the East Coast. I could make an informed decision about my purchase with his detailed report and two phone debriefings as he progressed through his checklist. You cannot go wrong with this level of service. Highly recommended!

Jason owner of JP Motors is the best mechanic I've ever had!! I'm in my 60's. He is so knowledgeable, thorough and does outstanding work!!
