Exceptional professionalism and response time! Highly dependable and ethical. Don’t bother with others, honestly, I’ve made that mistake and now using JP Towing exclusively.

JP is a really nice guy and is honest and fair. I had bike issues during the rally and needed a tow to spearfish. He gave me a very reasonable rate, kept me up to date on when he would be picking me up and let me ride to the shop with him. He invited me to come get breakfast at the pumphouse he owns. The coffee and breakfast sandwich were great.

Best towing experience I could have ever asked for. My car was broke down in lead and I was stuck in deadwood. He picked me up in his personal vehicle and then switched to the wrecker, we drove to my car, towed it to the mechanic I called ahead and we couldn’t get it up the steep driveway in the snow and ice. He suggested another place to take it, went with me to buy a battery and then brought it to the final place and even dropped me off at a place to hangout while I waited! Super friendly and great experience. I truly felt like I was with a family member. :)

What a lifesaver! JP was contacted by our roadside assistance company and he saved us! We were in town on vacation and our Jeep broke down, ultimately a battery combined with over volting issue. JP towed us out of parking garage went and changed tow trucks to take us to Rapid City to the Jeep dealership and was comforting and lifted our spirits for what was a very anxious time. We were 1500 miles from home and his help not only saved the remainder of our trip but enabled us to get back home to Texas! Thank you JP! Hope your granddaughter did well at her shooting competition, sounds like a future Olympian!
