JP Transmission Auto Service

I took my car to this workshop for an evaluation, and after that, we agreed on a repair where I would bring the parts myself. They told me to call them once I had everything ready, which I did. When I called to ask when would be a good time to bring the car and if I needed to make an appointment, they said it wasn’t necessary — I could just bring it whenever I wanted. I even told them the exact day I would come, and they said it was fine. The day before, I called again to confirm, and they assured me they could do the job and that I should bring the car in. So I drove half an hour to get there, only to be told that they were “too busy” and didn’t know if they could actually do the repair. After insisting that it had already been agreed with them, they reluctantly took the car — only to ke

I took my 2021 Sonata to the shop for an engine oil change. The new owner and the employees were all very kind, and the service was exceptional. A damage to the bottom cover of the vehicle was found and fixed promptly. Was advised to replace two worn-out front tires prior to the next State Inspection which was due. A comprehensive check up was done and everything was explained in detail. Highly recommend the place.

I had my transmission replaced at JP Transmission and was very satisfied with the overall experience. The team performed a thorough assessment before beginning any work and provided clear explanations about the issues and what the repair would involve. They kept me informed throughout the process with regular updates and photos, which helped build trust and transparency. Their pricing was fair and reasonable, especially considering the scope of the job. What stood out most was their reliability on a major repair like a transmission replacement. They completed the work as promised and were professional, friendly, and flexible in accommodating my needs. Based on this experience, I would recommend JP Transmission for anyone needing serious repair work done properly and at a fair price.

2019 F150 tranny failure... Didn't dare take it back to the dealer (who has screwed it up several times!). Checked with another local repair place, seemed way too pricey. Did my added research, and these guys get good marks. Easy to work with, delivered when promised, communicative on the process... and, about $3K less than the local guys (and I'm sure much cheaper'n the dealership who'd have dorked it up again). Truck works great, maybe better'n new. Shame that the tranny gives out well before 70k...

The wonderful reviews on this website are true about this business. The Team at JPTAS is outstanding. They have a great sense of urgency, consistent communication , and amazing prices. My transmission quote was $2000 - $3000 less than other quotes. The job was completed in a timely manner. My vehicle was returned just as clean as when I dropped it off. I can’t say enough great things about this business. So blessed we have such a reputable business in area.
