This young lady helped me with my tire. I wanted to replace it with a tire I had already but that tire was bad as well. I knew that I was in good hands when she began to change the tire herself. The replacement tire was reasonably priced and it allowed to the peace of mind in knowing that I wouldn't have to worry about my tire pressure being low.

I absolutely love this place! My dad and I used to go to their location in Hazelcrest before they closed down that one. They have really good service and had always looked out for my vehicle.

Put my directional tires the wrong way, then the shop manager had a very poor attitude when i said i will take them elsewhere after their machine broke and I want my money back. Very bad attitude, had to check the wheel balancing weights because they were loose. Crap work, crap service. Do not recommend

Had to bring the car back 3 times within 10 minutes of getting the tires replaced. Brought 4 brand new tires in and asked them to change them. 3 out of 4 tires were installed with the "inside" label on the outside. That was the first time coming back to get them reinstalled the correct way. One guy tried to explain to me that there's no "rotation" for the tire... even tho the tires are labeled with the words "inside" and "outside." The second time coming back was due to vibration after driving for 1 minute on the road. I told the guy to do all 4 tire balances. They only did the front 2 even tho i showed the guy the receipt for 4 tire balance... The car still has some slight vibration. My guess would be that after they changed the tires again and put them into the correction rotation...

The mechanic here must be getting high or just incompetent. One of my vehicles serviced he didn’t tight my screws in my rear caliber resulting in it falling off and breaking. My other vehicle supposedly got new pads n rotors, but was squeaking loudly when I pulled off the lot. Also, the second vehicle got a new strut installed. They over tightened the strut causing a problem. The prices are cheap but you will get what you pay for.
