JRF Collision Center

So after being side-swiped and trying to search for a collision center, my friend recommended this place, and after dealing with the other person's insurance, I dropped my car off after a week with them, I picked up my car they did an amazing job! Dora was very helpful and professional in dealing with the insurance and getting my baby back to me. Hopefully, I won't have to come but if I do, I'll definitely be a return customer.

This place had been recommended and I had high hopes. Brought my car in for an estimate and was told that the team was out to lunch and wouldn't return for 1.5hrs, but that it shouldn't take more than 10-15 minutes to assess. Upon returning, I was told that they still weren't there but the person in the office took pictures of the damage and my information, and hey, I'm still waiting....been almost 2 weeks, lol. In the interim, the damage was corrected by another body shop at a decent rate. Oh well.

This place is the worst. My vehicle was damaged at Lakewood Carwash. This is the collision center I was referred to. One month later, I continue to get the run around about getting my vehicle repaired. These people don't return phone calls. Take your business elsewhere to be repaired. A place that knows how to conduct business

Dropped a friend off to pick up his car. Looks like they do good work here. Staff was very friendly and efficient.

My truck was repaired and returned to me faster than expected. Work done was excellent.
