I recently had my car repaired at this body shop, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the team was professional, honest, and incredibly efficient. They kept me informed throughout the entire process and made what could have been a stressful situation so much easier. A special thank you to Greg for going above and beyond. He was extremely helpful, answered all of my questions, and made sure everything was handled smoothly. When I picked up my car, it looked absolutely perfect — like nothing had ever happened. Highly recommend this shop if you want quality work and excellent customer service!

I generally am willing to give a business the benefit of the doubt. But JRs was so completely inept I can’t recommend this business at all. While the repair done to the body was well done and completed, the garage caused damage to the electronics in my car TWICE. After the first repair, I am driving the car and I find the next day that the sensor has been improperly aligned, so I take it to the dealer to have them diagnose and fix the problem, which they do. After the second incident I had with my car, JRs damaged the electronics in my car while trying to align the sensors. It caused the radio and heads up display to entirely short out, and also damaged the tailgate and trunk lift. Greg tried to convince me that the damage was caused prior to me bringing the car, which was completely untru

My daughter was in a car accident and we took it to JR Autobody for the Repairs. They worked well with the insurance company also kept me informed during the whole process. Highly recommend them the car was returned in perfect condition

I was promised one week to repair my car, had some scrapes and scratches and a few small dents on the driver side from a side swipe. They didn’t even start my car for 2 1/2 weeks. The whole job ended up taking five weeks. When I got the car back, it was covered in dust on the inside and smelled like paint and cigarettes. I will never be using them again. I can’t speak to the cost because it was an insurance job.
