Tried to call= no answer. Knocked on door= nothing. Went over to Carters Muffler in Eden, I didnt have an appointment and they got me right in. Carters was done in 20 min. " and paid with my card"

Had an appointment for a simple exhaust hanger dropped the truck of at 1215 early. Came back at 4pm and stood at the bay for 15 min or so and everyone was walking back and forth, no one even ask who what or spoke to me. Finally I stopped one of the guys and ask if they had got to the truck and he said no so I went in and ask for my keys the lady ask me if I didn’t want to get it fixed, lol I said yes I do that’s why I made an appointment which I guess means nothing. She told me another vehicle held them up. No call or anything and didn’t even acknowledge me standing there. Well not me not again.
