Went early this morning and got a inspection and an oil change as always was done in a very timely manner and had the best service!!!! Very Very good service, kindness and care.

Had appointment to have light bulb replaced, then inspection Jr told me the price, was given the date of 7/11/25 called up to see what time only to be told I have no appointment, saw the older lady write it down. The person at JR’S told me they do not make appointments for inspection. Four times I told her it was for light bulb replacement then inspection. If this is how they operate no thank you, I changed plans to make sure I could go today.

We are traveling, visiting Shenandoah Natl Park. We were concerned about some squeaking in one of our wheels. We were headed home in 2 days to Pittsburgh towing a travel trailer so we were concerned. I called early this morning and spoke to Crystal, explained our situation, they told us to stop by before 5. We also discussed if we needed to leave it we would need a ride. She said they would work out something and she would help us if necessary. We hiked all day and showed up at Jrs with no appt just the morning conversation and were treated so kindly just like the neighbors we watched come and go. Our dog was given water and treat! They got to the root of the problem, an uneven brake pad and rusty rotor. Took care of it right there on the spot. You can tell their customers are all locals

They are always accommodating when I arrive and help me out when they are busy. Friendly and fast! Highly recommend for all tires, brakes, and small fixes. Call ahead appointments are necessary but they usually get you in quick.

I ended up picking a nail up in my tire on the way back from vacation, and couldn't get the physical tire off of the truck. I called Jr's and they were so kind and helpful. They got me out of a pinch and will be forever grateful. If I lived near this area I wouldn't go anywhere else.
