I had an excellent experience with J’s Auto Body. The entire team was incredibly professional, kept me informed throughout the repair process, and treated my vehicle with great care. The repairs were flawless — my car looks like new again! I truly appreciate the quality of their work and the customer service I received. They stole out of my girlfriend’s Lexus, they used used parts of repairing her car! They gave me a quote based off my picture I sent to them! It took them 5 months to repair my car even tho I’ve requested picture each week and went inside to ask for an invoice and never gave me one! Then lied to me saying cash will work best because his card reader till tax me a lot! Don’t trust them! I’ve became more knowledgeable and now I run successful mechanic business I don’t understand why they’d leave parts painted horriblly- gaps between panels. Used parts/junk yard parts on a 2019 vehicle. I’ve already filed a claim against this person since I know it’s not a business 😂. What a great place, locally owned and straight to the point. Fender bender, and was recommended to js autobody. Brought my car in for pictures to get an estimate. I had an approved claim with my insurance within 2weeks and ended up getting my fender fixed and my hood.

Had such a great experience. They treated me well and are truly miracle workers. My car was hit very hard in a rear end collision. And they were able to make it like new. I reached out to J's Auto Body & Collision over the weekend to get a quote on some body work after damaging someone else's car. I spoke to Cynthia who listened to my story and was very empathetic to my situation. J who is the estimater was not there that Saturday, so she thoroughly took notes and helped articulate what was needed for the car. I was promised a response on Monday to get a quote, and sure enough, I received a text message from the business with a detailed quote which was the most reasonable out of all quotes I received. The quote broke down the hourly rate, the labor hours needed and all the materials required to complete the job. I was impressed by their promptness, transparency and great customer service. J's understood my situation since this was going to be an out of poc
