Our car overheated on the highway and we limped into a gas station. Called at least 15 garages who wouldn’t even look at the car on the same day before calling J&S, who said of course they would take a look. They diagnosed the problem, drove to get the part, installed it, and were super kind and quick. Very fair pricing, charged us wholesale for the parts, and allowed me to make it to university on time. Would definitely recommend using them.

I got into my car after work and as I was driving I noticed my battery light indicator on. I wasn't going to make it home with the issue and pulled into J and S at 4:45pm. They informed me that they were about to close. I explained my situation and not only did they look at my car to inform me it was the alternator, but also stayed open to fix the issue. After all was said and done the cost was beyond reasonable. Since that point they have worked on my vehicles, coworkers vehicles and company vehicles. They are accommodating, fair, professional and responsive to any questions and concerns. In today's day and age it's hard to find an honest and reasonable mechanic, but I was fortunate when my alternator crapped the bed.
