The team were great! Easy check-in process, communicated well and loved the two extra benefits: you receive a video of the progress of your car and they show you where things may need replacing at some point and they can give you a ride to and from your house if you’re in a pickle for getting a ride. Huge win! I’ll be back!!

What started at a tire store to repair a nail hole turned into new tie rods, rocker arm and ball joints. That’s how fast $12 turns into $1,800+. But Dave and the guys at J&S were open and communicative throughout the entire process and still got all of the necessary parts and repairs done in the same day. Their videos showing me exactly what needed replacing and why (without me having to come in to the shop) were both informative and time saving. Just a great experience all around (if having to put $1,800 into your car can be described as a great experience). Will definitely go back again as the need arises and tell all my friends to do the same.

My experience was nothing short of excellent! Where do I start? TOP NOTCH SERVICE 10/10. From inspection to service, these gentlemen were the most friendly and knowledgeable. Not once did they make me feel like a “girl”, if you know what I mean. They were very patient and explained everything in detail. They even provided me a ride to my home and back. The driver was pleasant, drove safely, and we had a great conversation. Both Daves and Richards (there are two of each) were really great to work with and talk to. They even told me costly repairs recommended by another mechanic weren’t necessary, actually saving me money. In this economy, who does that? I must highly recommend. Very honest and fair took care of me in a timely fashion and enjoyed waiting on the massage chair while I waited enjoying a cold Ginger Ale they provided. Felt like a five star treatment and was satisfied with the results of my vehicle.
