Amazing customer service and quality work! I've trusted the crew at JS Auto in Grantham for nearly 10 years with multiple cars. Every time, they exceeded all my expectations and get it done so quickly. I would 100% recommend to anyone in the area.
My alternator failed while driving up 89 and I gave them a call. I got off the exit 30 mins after calling them, and they were able to get me back on the road with a new alternator in under two hours. Saved my day and were super helpful and transparent throughout the whole process.
Quick & relaxing experience! I went in to get the undercarriage of my jeep coated. I was told it would take an hour and a half and they were done in 45 minutes! The staff is friendly and helpful. I will definitely be recommending this to all my friends!
Stopped in before work with a flat, this was my first visit to J.S. Automotive. The team was friendly, efficient and provided great service at a reasonable price. I will definitely be a return customer and will recommend JSA to my friends!
They were extremely helpful with my car. They also lent me a loaner car which ensured I wasn't out of work until mine was fixed or we had answers. I will definitely be using them in the future.
