They have one of the best vehicle inspections I’ve ever had performed. It was very detailed and insightful. I also was impressed by how they kept me updated on the cars maintenance being performed. They also got the work done a lot faster than I expected. I believe they were very honest and upfront. I think I’ve found that place I can finally trust and not be taken advantage of. Macey, Aidan, and the team snuck us in on a busy Monday the week of Thanksgiving to check out the car and give us their assessment. I couldn’t have asked for greater service. I have only had positive experiences coming to J&S. Their front desk staff is super friendly and they provide helpful information and even send a link to your phone with diagnostics that helps me know what I need prioritize. They’re not pushy and they provide helpful information and referrals if they aren’t able to provide a service.

Absolutely fantastic experience. My vehicle started having problems (unidentifiable to me), took it to a couple shops, to no avail. My first experience was with Macy, the receptionist whom was incredibly kind, patient and understanding from the moment i walked in the door. A gentleman named Aiden came into the office as I was dropping my vehicle off and instantly offered to give it a test drive (a few minutes before close). He was very informative and helpful which instantly put my mind at ease. Carlos was the mechanic who worked on my vehicle and got it into top performing shape, minus a couple of smaller repairs I couldn't afford to fix at the time.
