Performed scheduled maintenance service on my Audi S5 and the experience and professionalism was outstanding like an Audi dealership without the expensive dealership costs. Chris was very informative and helpful with explaining recommendations for current and future services. Brought my Benz to JSB Autoworks after having them recommended to me from many friends who bring their cars here and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Took my 2017 Benz E300 to JSB for paint and body work. I couldn't be happier with the quality of their work and the great customer experience they provide. From the initial estimate to the delivery of the finish product, all appointments we handled quickly and there was great communication. The work was completed 2 days early, within the estimate and my Benz looks amazing!! Big shout out to to Michelle and Chris and everyone at JSB. These guys are pros and I highly recommend their services!

Chris, Michelle and Jackie are a wonderful team to work with. When color matching vinyl racing stripes, the open communication and access to multiple other vendors allowed a rapid solution to be reached that ensured the piece was finished perfectly. This shop takes a huge amount of pride in their work and it shows by the caliber of automobiles that this team services. Even though my job was relatively small scope compared to some of their full restorations, they still treated it the same level of care. Highly recommend them for all jobs you might have, both big and small. Great company, amazing people.

Took my car in for several issues over a few visits. Water leak from sunroof, small oil leak from engine and a few other smaller interior cosmetic issues. None of them resolved, all misdiagnosed and costly repairs done of incorrect issues. Also it’s been over 2 months waiting on a part I approved to be changed that I signed off on but they forgot to order it. Called a few time for follow up and was told they would call me when it arrives. I gave up and won’t go back wasted enough time and money there.
