Here’s my experience with this shop: I came in asking for one simple service — replace the PCV valve on my Mini. Two days later, they called me saying “the light didn’t come on and the car isn’t acting up.” I told them again: just replace the PCV valve, like I originally requested. Instead, they sent me a full “inspection.” Here’s the important part: I’m a mechanic. I know exactly what’s wrong with my car. I simply didn’t have time to do the job myself because I’m busy... fixing other people’s cars... (it's weird, but trust me, it makes sense) The inspection they gave me had major inaccuracies: Obvious bad parts were never mentioned (front suspension for your reference jsi) Perfectly fine parts were marked for replacement Alignment was listed twice And the estimate total was actuall

I was referred to JSI by another auto shop which was a good sign. The work was done at a great price, much lower than two other places. They definitely know what they are doing and completed my repair quick and professionally. The staff are really easy to work with and explained everything.
