JTR Tire & Automotive

Fair pricing and speedy work even last minute. I got four tires put on and balanced, new valve stems, my original rim put back on and an alignment done in about 30 mins. These guys were so quick and all very polite. My SUV hasn't drove this well in over four years. I finally feel safe driving it again. Will be a repeat customer! If u don't want to wait around u can walk right down the lot and enjoy some amazing Mexican food as well or hit up the tanning bed next door

Was a great place to go 2-3 years ago had a few sets of tires put on was very quick In and out the 2 guys they had there was very nice and made sure I was happy when I left my car drove great no issues. Went there last week the 2 guys that worked on my car last time wasn’t there anymore and the outside was trashed up workers was very rude and non professional won’t be back ever.

Had a flat in rental vehicle, no spare, no jack. Was towed to JT’s and they took excellent care of us and got us back on the road within the hour. Very professional and very courteous. Highly recommended if you need a tire or a repair. Thanks again

My wife and I had some things to do in Bowling Green and then Morgantown. On the way to Morgantown from Bowling Green I blew out my tire on the interstate. After getting the spare put on the car we had called another place and they did not have a tire we needed so they recommended JT Wheel and Tire so we contacted them and they advised they had three used tires in that size. This was probably about an hour before they closed. We got there and they took care of us with no appointment, they were extremely kind and highly helpful. Before going in my TPMS was indicating that one of the tires was low and when we went to leave it no longer was so they also did that without us even having to ask or charging for it. The experience was awesome and I am extremely grateful for this business.

I had to stop here to try and get a tire for a Mercedes on a road trip back home. They didn’t have the tire I needed but they did tell me they could order me one. That’s not why I’m leaving this review.. the man at the front counter was the typical, obnoxious and rude guy a woman EXPECTS to meet when they walk into any auto shop. He was impatient with me and condescending in tone. I was already anxious and high strung and he made the whole situation worse. HOWEVER, the other guy Jim was so nice. He was so polite and kind and helped me find the closest dealership and then the younger man who put the spare on my car was also polite and helpful. This would be a five star review if it weren’t the clown behind the counter in front.
