JTs Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Columbia - Formerly Dodgeland

I took my Jeep Wrangler in for a clutch replacement under recall at JTs on Graystone Blvd in the middle of January. It went very smoothly! They had a loaner car for me to drive while I was waiting on the work to be done. I received my vehicle back and drove it for 2 and 1/2 weeks with no issues. Then driving home one night, out of the blue, it began to slow down by itself and I could only go 35 to 40 MPH and the message "Service Transmission" came up on the screen! It had gone into "limp mode" to prevent possible damage to the transmission... Thankfully it was later at night and I was able make it home okay. The next day I was able to "limp" back to JTs and they checked it out and fixed it the next day! The Jeeps computer was getting erroneous data from the clutch saying it was over

Sales team was extremely friendly and efficient. I was able to trade in two vehicles and buy one of theirs in a short amount of time. I will definitely return to this dealership when I decide to buy another vehicle.

Was having an issue with my Ram, and tried getting it into my local shop as well as another dealership closer to me, but they were backed up for at least a week and a half. I called the shop at JT’s and they said I was able to bring my truck in that day! Les along with his staff were very friendly and accommodating. I thought I was going to be without a vehicle for a while, but they were able to get me into a rental as well as inspect my truck/fix the issue the same day I dropped it off! The hour drive I had was definitely worth it. 10/10 would definitely recommend!
