The system occasionally failed to connect via Bluetooth, and the reverse camera would not activate, displaying a blank blue screen. A reset of the Uconnect system temporarily resolved the issue, and no further problems occurred at that time. Major Electrical / Starting Issue On December 10, 2025, with outside temperatures in South Carolina dropping into the mid-30s, I manually attempted to start the vehicle at approximately 0445 hours. Less was super helpful to provide support to us as we had an issue with our truck while traveling through. The truck was fixed and we were on our way without loosing much time. I arrived 10 minutes before 6pm, but while I was parking they closed the door and entered to avoid attending... And I really needed help with my car. How bad that they behave like this...
