Bought a truck on Saturday February 28th, A 2021 model. The top radiator hose popped 12 miles after purchase. Went back to the lot an first question asked from them was are you done with the deal? I said we will see whats whats wrong they stated they would fix it, on Monday March the 2nd they called said it was fixed an they were delivering it to me. Surprise on the way to deliver it the bottom radiator hose popped. Indicating there was a motor problem. I called canceling the deal and asking for my deposit back which i was told they would have to figure out how to do that. Was told by Nate he would call me right back. I have been looking at Jeeps for almost 9 months and my salesperson Aaron Bush would text me a couple of times a month with potential options. We sat down and reviewed potential deals several times but never could quite find the right vehicle with the right terms. Jackie went way above and beyond to make sure we were completely comfortable with the purchase we were making. She addressed every single issue we had with the vehicle and made sure everything was good prior to us buying it. They even offered to repair a part that we found broken and deliver the vehicle to us for free. We live over and hour and a half away. Almost 100 miles. We elected to just bring it up there when the part comes in because it doesn't effect the function of the vehicle at all. I really can't express just how impressed I was with this dealership. Its not your typical dealership where they just try to force you to buy something. They really want you to be happy with your purchase prior to buying anything. Awesome dealership and awesome staff.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience at JT’s in Lexington. Aaron Bush, Anthony Grebe, and Robbie Ruple were all absolutely amazing.
